WOODWORKING

After working in the legal and non-profit arenas for nearly 30 years, I started woodworking in 2020, just as the world was shutting down. Woodworking was an enjoyable hobby to distract me from the mental stressors of leading a non-profit organization during the challenges wrought by COVID. As I become more immersed in the craft of woodworking, it has grown into my passion.
I do not ascribe to a particular style or aesthetic, but gravitate towards creating pieces that are unique, challenging, or have potential of highlighting the absolute beauty of a particular wood grain. While I enjoy the creative process, I similarly enjoy striving to master the technical skills that can bring an idea or product to fruition.
This website includes a sampling of the work I have done. If you are looking for something special, feel free to contact me to chat about the possibilities. Thank you for visiting.
